my reading pile

I haven't posted about books lately. That could only mean one thing: I haven't read as many as usual lately. This whole graduating college is throwing me for a loop. I am so not in the normal swing of things and my brain is feeling like mush lately. But I have no excuses. Maybe my brain will stop feeling like mush the second I get something other than thinking about work and projects in there.

Here is a couple books that are on my Kindle homepage ready to be read already... I just haven't gotten around to it. Let me know your thoughts if you've read these, I need some more motivation perhaps.

What Alice Forgot has been recommended to me like crazy. I feel like everyone's talking about it. This is the only one of these books that I've started. So far it hasn't totally grabbed my attention, maybe that's why it's on this list and it's not finished yet. But I'm giving it a decent shot, hopefully I'll see what all the pandemonium is about soon enough.

Tattoos on the Heart I've been wanting to read for the longest time. I adore Gregory Boyle's heart and story and I can't wait to absorb all of that. I have a feeling I'll want to read slowly so it can roll around in my brain for a while.

The Language of Flowers was recommended by Shauna Niequest at a Q&A I went to of hers a while back at my University. She gave a list of books to read and I wrote them all down. Much to my surprise, I had read a great majority of them. This was one of the very few that I hadn't. I bought it the second I got home from her Q&A. She's my favorite author, what can I say? I believe her.
