"it feels like summer" color palette

Even though it abnormally rained not that long ago, school is out and summer is in. Coral lipstick, Rainbow sandals, and beach days... I'm all about it. With summer weddings and creating little gifts and crafts during these couple months, these colors have been inspiring me and I've been finding them everywhere. Emerald Green is ending up on people's nails, Pretty Pink flowers are all over the place, and Bright Magenta shoes are popping up in department stores. Summer summer summer.

I love this palette because it's versatile and you can mix and match it to bring about brighter looks and deeper looks as well.

Here's some fun finds that are pulling out some fun, bold, yet muted and summery shades. Lots of oranges and pinks, as well as a fun mix of turquoise and deep blue. You can't go wrong. I absolutely love the hand drawn chocolate packaging designs, I think summer gives way to more hand crafted pieces and a more laid-back vibe. I also love how summer gives me an excuse to truly wear floral print every single day... my favorite.

Also, the top right brochure design I'm in love with. I have this new thing where I'm attempting to try out some new layouts and folding techniques to bring about something that hasn't been done yet. More on that later. For now, soak up some sun and rock some floral shorts sometime soon.
